SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Position Overview:
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and executing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee mechanical system development for industrial evaporators, and manage continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and process development, along with a proven track record of leading projects and optimizing workflows. This full-time, on-site position is based in Hooksett, NH.
MECHANICAL DESIGNER
Position Overview:
As a Mechanical Designer, you will be working closely with mechanical engineers to create, modify, and finalize precise design drawings and documentation for our evaporator systems. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Autodesk Inventor and have extensive experience in detailing mechanical designs to ensure they are optimized for manufacturability and meet high-quality standards. This full-time, on-site position is based in Hooksett, NH.
FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER
Responsibilities include ensuring our customers have a positive experience installing, commissioning and operating their ENCON systems. Primary duties include: pro-active installation support, startup and training assistance for customers, pro-active service calling, troubleshooting equipment and applications issues, and on-site support, training, and troubleshooting. Up to 50% travel mostly within the United States, with occasional opportunities for international travel. When travel is not required, service and support is conducted from our office in Hooksett, NH via phone, Skype, email, etc. Other responsibilities include: quality control testing on ENCON systems, updating operations and maintenance manuals, initiating continuous improvement projects, providing feedback to the Engineering department on product improvements and fixes based on first hand experience and customer interactions.
